  • Inspiring You(th) is an exciting and innovative training organisation providing training and professional development to meet the needs and aspirations of the children and young people’s workforce.
  • We specialise in delivering Apprenticeships and Foundation Learning Programmes in Youth Work, Childcare and other areas within the Children and Young People’s Workforce
  • Inspiring You(th) also has an exciting youth work delivery aspect engaging young people aged 16-19 years who are currently not in education, employment or training and, want to work with children or young people.
  • The Inspiring You Programme equips young people with the core skills and knowledge required to work with children and young people and through visits, guest speakers and an understanding of the various vocational areas enables them to progress onto further education, employment or training. The youth work delivery is flexible and responsive to meet the needs of each individual young person.
  • Managing Directors Paula Cullen and Charlotte Dean are passionate about all aspects of their organisation from the quality of training and youth work delivery to ensuring they provide an inspirational and productive working environment for their students and staff.
